Most people scroll past a block of text, but they stop for a face, a voice or a quick look at something being made. A short video of 45 to 60 seconds gives a potential customer a real sense of who you are before they ever call. That first impression is hard to get from a photo or a paragraph alone.
You do not need a studio or a big budget to start. The phone in your pocket shoots clean video, and the best topics are already in front of you: the question customers ask most, a quick tour of your shop, or a before and after from a recent job. Keep each clip to one idea, film in good light, and say what you want the viewer to do next.
One short video can do a lot of work. Put it on your website, share it to Facebook and Instagram, and post it to YouTube, and the same minute of footage reaches people in four places. Aim for one new clip a week, check which ones get the most views and questions, and make more of what works.
