Test automation services
Test automation that your team will actually keep running
We build and maintain automated end to end tests in Playwright, Cypress and Appium, wire them into your CI pipeline and keep them stable. Your team gets fast feedback on every pull request instead of a manual regression marathon before each release.
Automated regression testing
Automation that pays for itself
Many automation projects stall for the same reason: tests that pass one day and fail the next for no clear reason. Teams stop trusting the suite, then stop running it. Our test automation service is built to avoid that outcome.
We start with the flows that are stable and valuable, such as login, checkout and account settings, and automate them with clear page objects, reliable waits and test data your suite controls. Every test runs in your CI on each pull request, and we monitor results so flaky tests are quarantined and fixed quickly instead of being ignored.

What is included
Everything you need for reliable automated testing
Automation strategy
We map which tests belong at the unit, API and end to end levels so the suite stays fast.
End to end test suites
Readable tests for your critical web and mobile journeys, written in TypeScript, JavaScript or Python.
API testing
Contract and integration tests that catch backend changes before they break the front end.
CI pipeline integration
Tests run on every pull request with clear pass or fail results and linked failure artifacts.
Flaky test management
We track test stability, quarantine unreliable tests and fix the root cause instead of adding retries.
Team handover
Documentation and working sessions so your developers can extend the suite with confidence.
Our process
How we build your automated test suite
Audit and prioritize
We review your app, current tests and pipeline, then pick the first flows to automate.
Build the framework
Project structure, test data, page objects and CI wiring set up in your repo.
Automate and stabilize
Tests are added in small batches and each one must pass reliably before it merges.
Maintain or hand over
We keep the suite green on retainer or train your team to own it.
Who it is for
For teams tired of manual regression before every release
Test automation is a strong fit when your core flows are stable, you release at least every two weeks and regression testing is slowing you down. If your product is still changing daily, start with manual QA testing and automate once the key journeys settle.
You will receive
- Automation strategy and coverage plan
- Test framework in your repository
- CI pipeline configuration
- Stability dashboard and weekly report
- Documentation and handover sessions
FAQ
Test automation questions
Which automation framework do you recommend?
For most modern web apps we recommend Playwright because it is fast, handles multiple browsers well and has strong debugging tools. For native mobile apps we typically use Appium or the platform tools your team already knows. We match the framework to your stack.
Will automation replace manual testing?
No. Automation handles repetitive regression checks. People are still better at exploratory testing, usability and anything visual or subjective. The best results come from both.
How long before we see results?
Most clients have a first set of critical path tests running in CI within three to four weeks, with coverage growing every sprint after that.
Who owns the test code?
You do. All tests live in your repository under your license from the first commit.
